• 1. Most websites are made up of 3-5 pages, so if you need a site that size, your price will be $300.00 as long as the individual pages aren't extremely long or complex to set up. If your logo needs a lot of work to get it web-ready, there may be some additional expense, but I only charge $30/hr. for website work, and I'll contact you first if it's going to be any more expense.
• 2. If you've looked at some of the links above, you'll notice that most of those sites load quickly and the pages aren't real long. I don't do Java scripts, video's, or sound, just to keep them fast. That's to make sure that impatient people will at least wait for the pages to load before they surf off somewhere else.
• 3. You'll also note that there are links to every page from each page within a site . That's just to make it easy to get around your site and find the information a prospect is looking for.
• 4. Most websites I create can be finished in a couple of weeks, as long as I get all the right information from my customers.
• 5. Your website will be listed with 7 of the major search engines as soon as it's done.
• 6. Your site can be Hosted at my domain, www.chimneypro.com, for $10-$15 per month, depending on how large the files are.

• Provide your company logo, either in computer format or a clean copy that I can scan.
• Any flyers or literature that you currently use so I can get a feel for your business.
• The information you want on your pages, "in your own words", so I don't have to try to guess what you want.
• Your basic idea about what you'd like your pages to look like. (other website addresses are a good source of ideas)
• Send money!! heh heh, just kidding, but I do require a $100.00 deposit before I'll start.

All pages I create have a Copyright statement,the latest revision date, and a link to this site on the bottom of each page, like the one at the bottom of this page. In addition, I reserve the right to link to your page as an example of my work.
